Collaboration is Unity in Diversity.

Collaboration is a form of cooperation, interaction, compromise of relevant elements, which may include individuals, organizations, or entities that are directly or indirectly involved in receiving consequences and benefits. Underlying values of collaboration are shared objectives, perception, willingness to process, benefit each other, and honesty.
